Physical Fitness

Much of the course requires participants to have a reasonable level of mobility and physical fitness. Activities include walking in all terrains, standing for periods of time, being outside in inclement weather, using tools (with training) and working at height.  Students are only asked to do activities they are able to manage and under professional supervision. If you feel you would be unable to manage any of these activities then please contact us to discuss the suitability of the course to you. We welcome applications from everyone.
